Refund Policy

If the Customer (Client) finds any issues with their purchase order, Embroidery Digitizing Work will get it revised at no additional cost.

If the Customer (Client) is still not satisfied within 20 days from the order complete date, Embroidery Digitizing Work would refund in full.

The Customer (Client) needs to write an email to us with the details of the order with unsatisfactory reasons.

Embroidery Digitizing Work reserves the right to dispute and to correct if valid.

All final decisions with regards to refunds lies with Embroidery Digitizing Work.
